| Data Collection/Field |
• The Field Department is headed
by an experienced Field Manager of over 10 years standing.
• Currently, the company has 10 permanent Supervisors/ team leaders, 15
permanent interviewers based in Lagos and a pool of temporary/casual
interviewers who are multi lingual.
• The outside locations are covered by representatives stationed in
Kaduna and Enugu representing the Eastern and Northern areas
respectively. Permanent supervisors who have access to experienced
interviewers in these stations co-ordinate our data collection functions
at these locations.
• At anytime, teams in each location have access to a large pool of well
trained experienced but non-permanent interviewers. Hence, Communication
and Marketing Research Group Limited data collection team usually
consists of both permanent interviewers (i.e. Team Leader and few
joining the team from Lagos) and temporary/casual interviewers (often
drawn from our impressive list in each location.)
• As a back up arrangement, we have a working relationship with some
independent but capable and experienced field agencies that can be
contacted at short notice. However, in the event of the need for such
arrangement, the consultant agency is made to sign a memorandum of
understanding promising to adhere strictly with our operational
principles
