Profile of Management personnel

LANRE FASAKIN

Mr.Fasakin who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication, University of Lagos, (1986) joined Research Marketing Services in November 1987 as a Research Assistant. He started his research career at the Company’s Field/TEC department where he participated in collation and simple analysis of survey returns, coding and preparation of data for computer processing on many important projects. He became a Research Executive in November 1988 and was involved with preparing market research programmes and proposals for leading RMS clients at the time.

Fasakin joined Market Facts Limited, another market research agency in Nigeria in 1993 where he served as the Client Service Director.

Fasakin has participated in several professional market research seminars, workshops and courses in Nigeria within the past years.

Since 1999 when he joined Communication And Marketing Research Group Limited as the Managing Director, Mr.Fasakin has worked with several notable clients, one of which is the Society For Family Health. This experience has afforded him the opportunity to acquire the expertise on the use of Ethnography software package for analysis of qualitative reserch findings.

Mr.Fasakin is regular participant in the Burke Institute organized workshop on Dynamics of Customer Satisfaction Studies, Chicago, USA.    top ^

ABOSEDE O. OLOWOYEYE

Abosede holds a Bachelors and Masters degrees in English Language. She started her career in research in 2002 with AC Nielsen as a supervisor, which aroused her interest in the field. In 2004, she joined the qualitative department of Market Knowledge and Insight where she gained her exposure in qualitative techniques.

Thereafter, she facilitated many groups for different firms including Cadbury Nigeria, Coca-Cola, Lornamead, De-United Foods e.t.c. She has also attended several training programmes organised by professionals in the field. In January 2006, she joined Communication and Marketing Research Group,and has worked extensively in the telecoms, alcoholic beverages and other drinks sectors.

ABIDEMI JUNAID

Abidemi holds a Bachelor degree in Sociology & Anthropology, University of Uyo, Akwa-Ibom. He commenced his research career in 2005 with Research International Nigeria as a Management Trainee, Quantitative unit and rose through the ladder to Senior Research Executive, before he joined CMRG in 2008 as a Senior Research Executive.

Abidemi is dynamic and vast in project management, implementation and report. He was the Lagos State Facilitator in 2006 for NICs–National Immunization Coverage Survey.

Some of the accounts he has managed in the past includes: Cadbury Nigeria, Coca-Cola, Zain, RB Nigeria, Nestle Nigeria, Pison Housing, KPMG e.t.c. Abidemi is a client service researcher and has built capacity in project management. He provides insight to client issues and help to rejuvenate and build brands and businesses. Abidemi has passion for client business and believes in best practise. He is a member of Nigeria Market Research Association (NIMRA) and Nigeria Institute of PublicRelations (NIPR)
